FOOD VENDORS must apply for their own Temporary Food Service Permit at a cost of $50. It will need to be displayed at your booth during festival hours and produced upon request of the Ulster County Board of Health inspector.

Direct Sales Vendors please note: We can only accept two vendor applications for each brand (ie: Avon, LuLaRoe, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.). First come basis with paid submitted application including raindate confirmation.

Terms of Agreement

THIS AGREEMENT between “Heart of the Hudson Valley Bounty Festival" (herein referred to as “EVENT MANAGEMENT”) and the above-mentioned applicant (herein referred to as “VENDOR”) for exhibition space at the “Heart of the Hudson Valley Bounty Festival to be held on Saturday, October 7, 2017 (Raindate: October 8, 2017).

I have read the accompanying Rules and Regulations, attest that I am at least 18 yrs of age and agree to abide by them.

I further understand that the vendor fee is non-refundable.  Checks payable to Marlborough Agricultural Alliance, PO Box 1139, Marlboro, NY 124542.

I understand that I will not be allowed to participate in the 2017 Heart of the Hudson Valley Bounty Festival until all necessary payment, information/paperwork is received and accepted by Event Mgmt.

Hold Harmless Agreement

This AGREEMENT, made this 7th day of October 2017 (Raindate: October 8, 2017) by and between "Heart of the Hudson Valley Bounty Festival", with the Town of Marlborough billing address at Marlborough Town Hall, 21 Milton Turnpike, Suite 200, Milton, NY 12457 and with Marlborough Agricultural Alliance, P.O. Box 1139, Marlboro, NY 12542 (hereinafter Event Management), and the above-mentioned applicant (hereinafter Vendor), whose principle office or home is located as stated in this application.

It is mutually agreed between the parties as follows:

The Vendor hereby agrees by accepting this Agreement that with respect to third parties, that Vendor shall defend with competent counsel, indemnify and hold the Event Management the Town of Marlborough and Marlborough Agricultural Alliance and any of its Board members, management, coordinators, agents, employees, and volunteers, harmless from and against any and all liabilities, claims, suits, damages, losses, judgments, penalties, premiums, contributions, fines and increased costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and other expenses) arising out of damages caused by either the willful conduct, error, omission or negligent act of the Vendor or its agents, employees or volunteers. This obligation shall survive the termination of this Agreement.

The Vendor hereby also agrees to have authorization on behalf of the Vendor to execute this agreement on behalf of themselves or the company or organization they represent. If this Hold Harmless Agreement is executed by a corporation or LLC. then the  principle also makes a Personal Guaranty whereby guarantying payment to  Meet Me in Marlborough and Marlborough Agricultural Alliance of all liability assumed by the Vendor herein under the forgoing Hold Harmless Agreement.
